All animals differ and naturally their needs and behaviour in different
situations vary as well. It is important to us to that we provide
you with the best possible service and we take every possible precaution
to ensure that your pets are suitable candidates for the services
we provide. We also appreciate that entrusting us with the care
of your pets is an important and difficult decision for you to
make and so we offer a free initial consultation where we will
meet with you and your pets. During this consultation we can discuss
any specific requirements or special needs that you and your pets
may have, take detailed notes about your pets' habits, food regime,
exercise routine, medical history, etc. We will also ask you for
veterinarian details and contact information, including emergency
contact details.
First time clients wishing to utilise our Dog Walking,
Dog Boarding or Day Care (Dog Crèche) services
will be asked to send their dogs to us for at least a few hours on
a trial basis. Please note we will require your dogs to be up to
date with the appropriate vaccinations and we will ask to see a valid
certificate at the first consult. In addition, we do not take uncastrated
males over the age of nine months or bitches in season into our homes
or on group walks. Dogs are required to be on a recommended flea
control program such as Stronghold or Frontline.
